Car
From any location in The Yellowstone Valley, head towards the entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Follow US-191 S for approximately 30 miles until you reach the West Entrance of the park. After entering the park, continue on the Grand Loop Road. Follow the signs for 'Midway Geyser Basin'. After about 10 miles, turn right onto the Midway Geyser Basin parking area. The Grand Prismatic Spring is a short walk from the parking lot. Be aware that there is an entrance fee to the park, which is $35 per vehicle for a 7-day pass.
