From the main entrance of Whitefish Mountain Resort, head south on Big Mountain Road. Continue straight for about 4 miles until you reach the intersection with Highway 93. Turn left onto Highway 93 South and drive for approximately 2 miles. Take a right onto West Lakeshore Drive. Continue on West Lakeshore Drive for about 1 mile until you see Whitefish Campground on your right at 1615 W Lakeshore Dr, Whitefish, MT 59937.

If you are using public transportation, start by walking to the nearest bus stop on Big Mountain Road. Catch the Flathead County Public Transportation bus heading towards Whitefish. Disembark at the stop nearest to Highway 93. From there, transfer to the bus that goes towards Lakeshore Drive. Get off at the stop closest to W Lakeshore Drive. Whitefish Campground will be within a short walking distance at 1615 W Lakeshore Dr, Whitefish, MT 59937.
