Start from the main square in Bar, Trg Oslobođenja. Face the direction of the sea and head south towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the intersection with the main road, Bulevar Revolucije. Turn right onto Bulevar Revolucije and continue walking until you see signs for 'Stari Bar'. This will lead you to the bus station for local buses. Take any bus heading towards Stari Bar. The bus ride will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Stari Bar, get off at the first stop. From there, follow the signs to the Fortress Old Bar. You will walk uphill for about 10 minutes, passing through charming old streets until you reach the fortress entrance.
