Start from the Budva Old Town, which is a popular tourist area. Exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the waterfront promenade. Walk along the promenade, enjoying the sea views, until you reach the main bus station in Budva. From the bus station, take a local bus towards Kotor or Tivat. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop for Rt Veslo. Once you get off the bus, follow the signs towards the coast and walk along the path leading to the Blue Cave. The walk is scenic and should take around 20-30 minutes.
