Start from the Old Town of Budva, specifically from the Citadel. Exit the Citadel and head towards the main promenade along the coast. Walk along the promenade past the many shops and cafes, heading towards the direction of the beach. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork in the path. Take the path to the left that leads to the Mogren beach entrance. You will see signs pointing to Mogren beach as you continue walking. The beach is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Old Town.
