Start from the Old Town of Budva. Exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the beach. Once you reach the coastline, turn right and walk along the promenade. Continue walking until you reach the beach called Mogren Beach, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. From the beach, look for the path that leads up to Fort Mogren. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the fort, which is situated on a hill overlooking the beach.
