Start from the Old Town of Budva. Exit the Old Town through the main gate and head towards the beach. Once you reach the coastline, turn right and walk along the promenade. Continue walking until you reach the beach called Mogren Beach, which is approximately a 15-20 minute walk. From the beach, look for the path that leads up to Fort Mogren. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to the fort, which is situated on a hill overlooking the beach.

If you are at Budva's main bus station, exit the station and head towards the main road (Jadranski put). Turn left and walk towards the Old Town. Once you reach the Old Town, follow the directions provided above to reach Fort Mogren.

From Slovenska Plaža, walk towards the beach area. Once you hit the promenade, turn right and walk along the coast until you reach Mogren Beach. At the beach, find the path leading up to Fort Mogren. The walk from Slovenska Plaža to the fort is roughly 25-30 minutes.
