From Herceg Novi, head to the main bus station, which is located near the city center. You can easily reach it on foot if you are in the downtown area. Once you arrive at the bus station, look for a bus heading to Kotor. The journey takes about 30-40 minutes. Ensure you tell the driver you are going to Kotor. When you arrive in Kotor, disembark at the main bus terminal.

From the Kotor bus terminal, walk towards the old town. Follow the signs pointing to the Old Town Kotor (Stari Grad). Once you reach the main square, head towards the waterfront. You will see a path leading towards the coast. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the area of Suranj. Look for signs or ask locals for directions to the Explore Montenegro Tourist Agency, located in Suranj.

At the Kotor bus terminal, you can find a taxi stand. Take a taxi to Suranj, Kotor. It is a short ride and should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic.
