    From the center of Herceg Novi, head towards the waterfront promenade, also known as the 'Šetalište'. Walk along the promenade in the direction of the ferry terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal, take the ferry to Dubrovnik, which operates regularly throughout the day. After arriving at the port in Dubrovnik, exit the ferry terminal and walk straight to the main street, which is Stradun. Sponza Palace is located at Stradun 2, just a short walk from the terminal. Follow the street signs, and you will see the palace on your left.

    From Herceg Novi, walk to the main bus station located near the center of town. Take a local bus heading towards Dubrovnik. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the main bus station in Dubrovnik, exit the bus and walk towards the old town. Enter the old town through the Pile Gate, and follow the main street until you reach Stradun. Sponza Palace is located at Stradun 2, just a few minutes' walk inside the old town.
