Start at the Herceg Novi waterfront (also known as the promenade). Walk towards the main square, Trg Jovana Tomaševića. From the square, head towards the old town, passing the clock tower on your left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the street that leads to Škver. Turn left onto this street, and walk for about 10 minutes. You will see the Diving Montenegro center located in the building known as JK Jugole Grakalić at Škver bb.

Take the local bus from the Herceg Novi bus station towards Igalo. Get off at the stop named 'Škver'. From there, walk towards the waterfront and follow the road to your left until you find the Diving Montenegro center in the building JK Jugole Grakalić.
