Getting There

Walking
Start your journey from the main square in Herceg Novi, known as Trg Nikole Đurkovića. Head towards the waterfront promenade, called 'Šetalište Pet Danica.' Walk along the promenade, enjoying the views of the bay. Continue on this path until you reach the end of the promenade. When you reach the end, turn left onto the road that leads to the hills. Follow this road for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to the viewpoint. As you ascend, you will notice a series of steps on your right. Take these steps up, and they will lead you directly to the Viewpoint of Herceg Novi. The viewpoint offers stunning panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea and the surrounding landscape.

Walking
If you are near the Fortress of Forte Mare, exit the fortress and head downhill towards the waterfront. Once you reach the waterfront promenade, turn right and follow the path along the sea. Continue walking until you reach the end of the promenade, then turn left onto the road leading up the hill. After approximately 10 minutes, you will see a sign for the viewpoint. Look for the steps on the right side of the road, which will take you directly to the Viewpoint of Herceg Novi.

From the local bus station in Herceg Novi, head towards the main road, and turn left. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction with the road going uphill. Turn right at the junction and continue walking up the road. After a short walk, you will see a sign for the Viewpoint. Follow the path that leads up the hill; you will find a series of steps that will take you directly to the viewpoint, where you can enjoy breathtaking views.
