Getting there

Walking

Starting from the main square in Kotor, known as Trg od Oružja, head towards the North Gate (the main entrance to the old town). Once you exit the gate, take a right and follow the path along the city walls. Continue to walk along the wall until you reach the Gradske zidine (City Walls). Bastion Bembo will be located along this stretch. Look for the historical structure, which is a part of the fortifications.

If you are near the Maritime Museum (Pomorski Muzej), exit the museum and turn left onto the street. Walk straight until you reach the city walls and take a right. Continue along the wall, and you will soon see Bastion Bembo ahead. The location is clearly marked along the wall.

From the Cathedral of Saint Tryphon, head towards the waterfront. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you reach the end of the harbor. From there, head back inland toward the city walls. Bastion Bembo is located nearby the walls, and you can see it as you approach the fortifications.
