Walking
From the Old Town of Kotor, head east towards the main road (M1). Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the M1 highway. Turn left onto M1. Follow this road for approximately 8 km. You will start to see signs for Sveti Stefan. As you approach Sveti Stefan, look for pedestrian paths leading to the beach area, where you can easily access the island.
Public Transport
From the Kotor bus station, buy a ticket for a bus heading to Budva. The bus journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Budva bus station, transfer to a local bus or taxi that goes to Sveti Stefan. The bus ride from Budva to Sveti Stefan is around 15 minutes. Make sure to get off at the designated stop for Sveti Stefan, where you can walk towards the beach and the famous landmark.
