Walking
From Kotor, head east towards the main road (E65). Walk along the waterfront promenade until you reach the main square (Trg od Oružja). From there, take the road leading uphill towards Gornja Lastva. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left path, which is well marked. Follow this road for another 2 km until you arrive at Gornja Lastva, where you will find the trails leading to Vrmac.
Public Transport
From Kotor, walk to the main bus station located near the waterfront. Look for a bus heading to Tivat or Gornja Lastva. The bus ride is about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Gornja Lastva, get off at the main stop. From there, head towards the marked trails that lead to Vrmac Mountain. Follow the signs indicating the hiking paths.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Kotor. Start from the Old Town and head towards the main road (E65). Cycle along the promenade until you reach the uphill road to Gornja Lastva. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once in Gornja Lastva, follow the signs to reach the trails leading up to Vrmac.
