From Tivat, head to the main bus station located near the city center. You can walk there from most hotels in Tivat. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for a bus heading to Podgorica. The journey takes approximately 30-45 minutes. After arriving at the Podgorica bus station, exit the station and head towards the main street, Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to Independence Square, which is about a 10-15 minute walk. Follow the signs to the city center.
