If you are traveling by car from Lovćen National Park, head towards the town of Kotor. Exit the park and take the main road (E80) towards Kotor. After approximately 30 minutes, you will reach the outskirts of Kotor. Follow the signs for Dobrota, which is situated along the coastline. Continue along the waterfront road, and you will find Kotor beach in Dobrota, Montenegro. There is parking available near the beach, so you can easily stop and enjoy the views.

For those using public transport, start by taking a bus from one of the main bus stations in Lovćen National Park, such as Njeguši or Cetinje. You will need to head to Kotor. Buses run frequently, and the journey takes about 30-45 minutes. Upon arrival at the Kotor bus station, exit the station and walk towards the waterfront. From there, you can either walk along the promenade to Dobrota or catch a local bus that heads in that direction. Kotor beach is located in Dobrota, just a short distance from the Kotor bus station.
