From the Kotor Old Town, exit through the Sea Gate (Gradska Vrata) and turn left onto the waterfront promenade. Continue walking along the promenade until you reach the end of the harbor. Keep walking straight along the coast on 'Put I Bokeljske Brigade'. After about 15 minutes, you will see AKRUVIUM Speed Boat Tours on your right-hand side, just before reaching the waterfront restaurants.
