Walking
Start at the main square in Nikšić, known as Trg Slobode. Head southeast towards Ulica Njegoša. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Ulica Špira Kovačevića. Turn left onto Ulica Špira Kovačevića. Follow this street until you reach the bus station, which is approximately a 10-minute walk. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket for Kotor. Buses to Kotor run frequently, so you should find one within half an hour. The journey to Kotor takes about 1.5 hours.

After arriving at Kotor bus station, exit the bus and walk towards the main road, which is known as the waterfront promenade. Head southeast along the promenade, enjoying the scenic views of the bay. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you see a large building on your left with the sign 'Kotour Travel Agency'. The address is Ulica 2 mosta 380, Kotor 85330. It should take you around 10 minutes from the bus station to reach the travel agency.
