From the center of Perast, head towards the waterfront promenade along the coast. You will see the beautiful views of the Bay of Kotor on your left. Continue walking along the promenade for about 300 meters until you reach the small square known as Trg Sv. Nikole (St. Nicholas Square).

Once you reach Trg Sv. Nikole, look for the narrow alleyway that leads away from the square, it is located on the eastern side of the square. Follow this alley for about 100 meters, and you will see a sign pointing to Smekja Palace on your right.
