Bus
From Tivat, head to the main bus station located on the Boulevard of Revolution. Take a bus heading to Cavtat; the ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Ensure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Cavtat. Once you arrive at the Cavtat bus stop, exit the bus and walk straight down the main road (Obala) towards the waterfront. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the roundabout. From there, turn left onto Svetog Nikole Street. The Glossus Humanus, Shell Museum will be on your right at number 6.
Ferry
Head to the Tivat Marina and look for the ferry schedule to Cavtat. After purchasing your ticket, board the ferry and enjoy a scenic ride across the bay, which takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive in Cavtat, disembark and follow the waterfront promenade until you reach the roundabout. Turn left onto Svetog Nikole Street, and the museum will be on your right at number 6.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and want to enjoy the beautiful scenery, you can walk from Tivat to Cavtat. Start from the Tivat waterfront promenade and follow the path along the coast towards the direction of Cavtat. It’s about a 10 km walk and may take approximately 2 hours. Upon reaching Cavtat, continue along the waterfront until you reach the roundabout, then turn left onto Svetog Nikole Street. The Glossus Humanus, Shell Museum will be located on your right at number 6.
