Good Option
After all the comments about Tivat airport and the chaos there, I am glad we booked a car even if it was marginally more expensive than waiting for the limited amount of taxi's available. Driver was on time and waiting for us with a clear sign by the exit door. Quick exit to car and safe drive to hotel. Car was clean and tidy and driver was informative and pleasant.
