From the center of Tivat, head towards the Tivat Marina. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the view of the bay. Continue walking until you reach the main road, Jadranska magistrala. Turn left and follow the road for about 1 km until you reach the bus station. From the bus station, take a bus to Podgorica. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Podgorica, exit the bus and head towards the main street, Bokeška. Walk straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with C7V4+MR6. The Vladimir Vysotsky Monument will be on your right.

Start at the Tivat bus station. Purchase a ticket to Podgorica from the kiosk. Board the bus headed for Podgorica. The journey takes around 1 hour. Once in Podgorica, disembark at the main bus terminal. From there, exit the terminal and walk straight along the main road (Bokeška) for about 500 meters. At the intersection, turn right on C7V4+MR6. The Vladimir Vysotsky Monument will be located shortly on your right.
