From the center of Ulcinj, head towards the Bus Station (Autobuska Stanica). Once there, look for a local bus heading to Shkodër, Albania. The bus ride will take about 1 to 1.5 hours. After arriving at the Shkodër Bus Station, exit and turn left onto Rruga 28 Nëntori. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rruga Rozafa, then turn right. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see Rozafa Castle on your left.

If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a taxi from Ulcinj to Rozafa Castle. Go to any taxi stand in Ulcinj, and inform the driver you want to go to Rozafa Castle in Shkodër, Albania. The ride will take approximately 1 hour, depending on traffic. The driver will take you directly to the castle.
Public Transport

To reach Rozafa Castle by public transport, go to the nearest bus stop in Ulcinj. From there, catch a local bus to the Shkodër Bus Station.
