Walking
Start your journey from the Old Town (Stari Grad) of Ulcinj. Head southeast on the main street 'Ulica Dobre Vode' until you reach the intersection with 'Ulica 28. Novembar'. Turn right and continue straight. After about 1 km, you will reach the beach area. Follow the coastline toward Bar. Keep walking along the beach path for about 3 km. You will pass by several beach bars and restaurants. Once you reach the end of the beach, you will see signs for the Underwater Tunnel in the Rocks. The entrance is near the cliffs.

From the central bus station in Ulcinj, take a local bus heading towards Bar. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Bar, ask the driver or locals for directions to the Underwater Tunnel in the Rocks. It is located near the cliffs along the coast. You may need to walk for about 1 km from the bus stop to reach the entrance.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle in Ulcinj and set off heading towards Bar. Follow the coastal road (M-2) which is scenic and generally safe for cyclists. The ride is about 6 km and will take you approximately 25-30 minutes. Once in Bar, look for signs leading to the Underwater Tunnel in the Rocks. The entrance is near the cliffs.
