If you're traveling by car from anywhere in Zeta Plain, head towards the E80 highway. Follow the signs for Budva, which is approximately a 30-minute drive depending on your starting point. Once you enter Budva, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto the coastal road (Jadranska magistrala), and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs pointing to the Old Town (Stari Grad) and Budva Citadel. You can park at one of the public parking areas nearby, but be aware that parking may incur a fee.
