Marrakech: Ben Youssef Madrasa, Jardin Secret & Souks Guided Tour
Excellent Customer Service!
I was sadly unable to do the tour as I fell and tore my right hamstring. Upon informing the tour company gave their well wishes and gave me a full refund with no questions asked! I’m sad we could not do the tour but want to share how great customer service they offer. Thank you!

Explore Marrakech on Foot: Medina Tour with Local Guide
A great educational tour of the Medina
Brahim, our tour guide was wonderful. First of all, he waited patiently as we were a little late to the meeting time. Secondly, he was spontaneous and adjusting the itinerary as we go based on our interests, comfort level (walking in the heat) and time. He is very knowledgeable and gave us ample information on the history of Morocco and introduced us to the daily life of the local people. He also gave us helpful tips on avoiding the tourist traps and on where to find local delicacies. Highly recommend!
