From the Maputo Central Market, head south on Av. 24 de Julho towards the waterfront. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Praça da Independência. From there, turn left onto Av. Julius Nyerere and walk for about 500 meters. Then, turn right onto Rua da República and continue for another 300 meters. You will find the Louis Tregardt Trek Memorial Garden on your left.

If you're near the Costa do Sol beach area, start by heading east on Av. da Marginal. After about 2 kilometers, make a right onto Av. 24 de Julho. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach Praça da Independência. Turn left onto Av. Julius Nyerere and cycle for about 500 meters. Finally, turn right onto Rua da República and after 300 meters, the Louis Tregardt Trek Memorial Garden will be on your left.

From the Polana shopping area, catch a minibus heading towards the city center. Once you reach Praça da Independência, disembark. From there, walk down Av.
