Walking
From the central area of Matola, head towards Avenida 25 de Setembro. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Rádio. Turn left onto Rua da Rádio and continue walking. The Catedral de Maputo will be on your right side, just a few blocks down, approximately 4 kilometers from the center of Matola.
Public Transport (Minibus)
Start at the main bus terminal in Matola (Terminal de Transporte de Matola). Look for a minibus heading towards Maputo, specifically those labeled 'Maputo Centro'. Once you board, inform the driver that you want to get off near the Catedral de Maputo. The journey usually takes about 30-40 minutes. Once you reach the area, walk a short distance to Rua da Rádio, where the cathedral is located.
