Walking
If you are starting from the Matola bus terminal, exit the terminal and head south on Av. da União. Walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Av. Acordos de Lusaka. Turn left onto Av. Acordos de Lusaka and continue walking for approximately 2 km. You will see the Praça dos Heróis Moçambicanos on your right, just before reaching the center of Maputo. The square is marked by a large monument, so it should be easy to spot.

Public Transport (Minibus)
From Matola, board a minibus (also known as chapa) heading towards Maputo. You can find these minibuses near the Matola bus terminal. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to Praça dos Heróis Moçambicanos. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the stop near Av. Acordos de Lusaka. From there, walk a short distance to the square, which will be on your left.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Matola city center and take Av. da União heading south. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Av. Acordos de Lusaka. Turn left and cycle for approximately 2 km. The Praça dos Heróis Moçambicanos will be on your right, easily identifiable by its prominent monument.
