Getting There

    If you are in Old Bagan, start at the Ananda Temple, which is one of the most famous temples in the area. From the entrance of Ananda Temple, head south on the main road (Nyaung U - Old Bagan Road) for about 500 meters. Look for a small road leading to the left. Turn left onto this road and continue walking straight for about another 300 meters until you see Pitaka Taik on your right. The area has historical significance and is surrounded by smaller temples, making it an interesting walk.

    Rent a bicycle from any of the local shops in Old Bagan. Start at the Archaeological Museum in Old Bagan, cycling south along the main road towards the Ananda Temple. After passing Ananda Temple, continue on the main road for about 500 meters. Look for a small road on your left, turn onto this road, and continue cycling for approximately 300 meters. Pitaka Taik will be on your right. Enjoy the scenic views of the ancient temples as you ride!
