From the center of Nyaung-U, head north on the main road (Mandalay-Nyaung-U Road). Walk for approximately 1 km until you reach the intersection at the Nyaung-U market. Take a left turn onto the road leading west. Continue walking for another 500 meters, and you will see the Wooden Temple on your right, marked by its distinct wooden architecture.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Nyaung-U. Once you have your bike, head north on Mandalay-Nyaung-U Road for about 1 km. At the Nyaung-U market intersection, turn left onto the road going west. Cycle for about 500 meters. The Wooden Temple will be on your right. Bicycle rentals typically cost around 1,000 to 2,000 MMK per day.

For a unique experience, consider hiring a horse cart. You can find horse carts near the Nyaung-U market.
