From the Nyaung-U market area, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops. Head northeast on the main road towards the Ananda Temple. After about 1 km, turn left onto a smaller road that leads towards the Loka Oakshaung Temple. Follow this road for another 1.5 km. The temple will be on your right, marked by a sign.
