If you are already in Bagan, you can start your journey to Utrecht Pagoda from the Nyaung-U area. Begin by heading north on the main road, which is known as Thiripyitsaya Road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with the road that leads to the local market. Turn left and walk for another 500 meters. Look for a sign pointing to Utrecht Pagoda, and follow the path indicated by the signage. The pagoda will be on your right side after approximately 300 meters.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Bagan. Start by cycling towards Nyaung-U, following the Thiripyitsaya Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, take a left turn at the local market intersection. Continue cycling straight for another 500 meters, then look for signs directing you to Utrecht Pagoda. As you approach, keep an eye out for the pagoda on your right after about 300 meters. Enjoy the scenery along the way!

Horse Cart
To experience a traditional method of transportation, hire a horse cart from a nearby location in Bagan. Communicate to the driver that you want to go to Utrecht Pagoda. The driver will likely take the main road, Thiripyitsaya Road, heading north towards Nyaung-U. After about 1.5 kilometers, the driver will make a left turn at the intersection near the local market. After around 500 meters, the driver will look for the signs to Utrecht Pagoda and continue until you reach the pagoda, which will appear on your right side after about 300 meters.
