Boat
From your location at Inle Lake, head to the nearest boat dock. You can ask locals for the nearest dock if you're unsure. Once at the dock, purchase a ticket for a boat ride to Pindaya. The ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, providing scenic views along the way. Inform the boat operator that you want to go to Pindaya, and they will drop you off at the designated area. Once you arrive in Pindaya, you can walk to the Pindaya Caves, which are a short distance from the boat landing.
Local Transport
After arriving in Pindaya, you can hire a trishaw (a three-wheeled bicycle taxi) from the boat landing to take you directly to the Pindaya Caves. The trishaw ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Make sure to negotiate the fare beforehand, which should be around 1,000 to 2,000 kyats.
