You can also find shared taxis near the main market in Kalaw. Look for the shared taxi stand and ask for a ride to Pindaya. The drivers typically wait until the taxi is full before departing. The journey will take about 1 to 1.5 hours, and you will be dropped off at a convenient location in Pindaya.
