From the center of Kalaw, start at the Kalaw Market. Head south on Main Street (also known as Yaw Min Gyi Street) for about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Aung Chan Thar Street. Continue straight on Aung Chan Thar Street for about 300 meters until you reach the intersection with Shwe Yaung Gone Road. Turn left onto Shwe Yaung Gone Road, and walk for another 200 meters. You will see a sign for Eagle Trekking on your right side, just before the small hill. The exact address is JHC9+P3, Kalaw.

If you rent a bicycle in Kalaw, start from the Kalaw Market and head south on Main Street (Yaw Min Gyi Street). Continue straight for about 500 meters, then turn left onto Aung Chan Thar Street. Cycle for approximately 300 meters, then turn left onto Shwe Yaung Gone Road. Follow this road for about 200 meters, and you will find Eagle Trekking on your right side, marked with a sign.
