If you are starting from Mandalay Hill, walk down to 26th Street and head west towards the palace area. Once you reach the main road (32nd Street), turn left. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Mandalay Palace. The Nanmyint Watchtower is located within the palace grounds. Look for the entrance gate to the palace complex; you'll need to purchase a ticket to enter.

If you are near Zegyo Market, head east on 26th Street until you reach the intersection with 32nd Street. Turn left and walk straight for about 1 km until you reach the entrance of Mandalay Palace. After entering, follow the signs to Nanmyint Watchtower, which should be visible from various points within the palace.
