Continue for another 30 kilometers until you reach the town of Hpa-An. From Hpa-An, follow the signs to Sin Phyu Taung (White Elephant Mountain). The final stretch involves a winding road leading uphill to the mountain. Make sure to check your fuel levels before starting your journey, as there may not be many gas stations on the route.

Begin your journey in Mawlamyine by taking a local bus to Hpa-An. Buses leave frequently, and the fare is around 3,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyat). The journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Upon arriving in Hpa-An, you can hire a taxi or a motorbike taxi to Sin Phyu Taung. The taxi fare to the mountain is approximately 5,000-10,000 MMK, depending on your negotiation skills. Be sure to ask the driver if they know the way to White Elephant Mountain, as some might need directions.
