If you are in the central area of Naypyidaw, start at the Naypyidaw City Hall. Head south along Naypyidaw's main road, Pyidaungsu Highway. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the Ministry of Information. Turn right onto this road, and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will see the pagoda on your left side, near the coordinates M47F+VCR.
