From the center of Pyay, head south on the main road (Bogyoke Road) until you reach the intersection with Thiri Mingalar Road. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Man Shwe Set Taw Temple. At this point, you will notice a smaller road branching off to the right. Turn right onto this road and follow it for approximately 2 kilometers. You will pass through a residential area and see local shops along the way. Keep an eye out for directional signs indicating the temple. As you approach, you will see the temple complex up ahead on a hill; follow the path leading up to the temple entrance.

If you choose to rent a bicycle, start from the center of Pyay and ride south on Bogyoke Road. After about 1.5 kilometers, turn right onto Thiri Mingalar Road. Continue cycling straight for another 2 kilometers until you reach the sign for Man Shwe Set Taw Temple. Follow the signs to the right, and as you pedal up the smaller road, you will see the temple on your left as you near the top of the hill. The ride is mostly flat with a few gentle inclines as you approach the temple.
