If you are in the central area of Mayangone, you can walk to Swe Taw Myat Pagoda. Start at the Mayangone Market, located on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road. From the market, head south on Kaba Aye Pagoda Road for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main road, Pyay Road. Turn left onto Pyay Road and continue walking for approximately 5 minutes. You will see the pagoda on your right side, just after passing the junction with the road leading to Inya Lake. The pagoda is marked by its distinctive golden stupa.
