From Swakopmund, head north on the B2 highway. After approximately 50 kilometers, take the exit towards Hentiesbaai (C34). Continue on the C34 for about 30 kilometers until you reach Hentiesbaai. Once in Hentiesbaai, follow the main road until you reach the coordinates V7QP+62X. This is the location of the Fishing Permit. Parking is usually available nearby.
