Getting There

Car
If you are traveling by car, start from the main entrance of the Spitzkoppe area. From here, you will follow the dirt road leading into the park. Keep an eye out for the signposts as you drive. Continue driving for about 5 kilometers until you see a fork in the road. Take the left fork towards the Rock Arch. After another 1 kilometer, you will see a parking area. Park your car here and follow the marked footpath to Rock Arch, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the parking area.

If you are using public transportation, the best option is to take a shuttle or taxi from Swakopmund or other nearby towns to Spitzkoppe. Once you arrive at the Spitzkoppe entrance, you'll need to hire a local taxi or guide to take you to Rock Arch, as public transport does not cover the inner routes of the park. Expect to pay around 200 NAD for this taxi service. After reaching the Rock Arch area, you will also need to walk about 15 minutes from where the taxi drops you off to reach the Rock Arch itself.
