Walking
Start from the Aiwo District Office located near the main road. Head southeast towards the main road (Yaren Road). Continue walking along Yaren Road until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the road leading towards the east coast. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Buada Lagoon. Take the left turn at the sign and continue walking for another 500 meters until you reach the entrance of Buada Lagoon.
Bicycle
From Aiwo, rent a bicycle from a local shop. Start at the Aiwo District Office and cycle southeast on Yaren Road. Follow the road as it curves and heads towards the coast. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, look for signs pointing to Buada Lagoon. Turn left at the sign and bike for another 500 meters to arrive at Buada Lagoon.
Public Transport (if available)
Check with local accommodations for a shuttle service or bus that may go towards Buada Lagoon. If available, take the bus heading towards the east coast. Inform the driver of your destination, and they will drop you off at the designated stop near the lagoon. From the bus stop, it should be a short 10-minute walk to the entrance of Buada Lagoon.
