If you are driving, the Platte River State Park is located at 14421 346th St, Louisville, NE 68037. From any location in Central Nebraska, you can navigate to Interstate 80 (I-80). Depending on your starting point, head towards the nearest exit for I-80. Once on I-80, travel east or west depending on your location. If you are coming from the west, take exit 420 for US-6 E towards Omaha. If you are coming from the east, take exit 420 towards US-6 W. After exiting, merge onto US-6 E and continue for approximately 15 miles. Look for signs directing you to Louisville, and follow 346th St until you reach the park entrance. There may be a parking fee of around $5 per vehicle, so be prepared to pay upon arrival.

If you prefer public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus to Omaha, which is the nearest major city to the park. From Omaha, you can use Uber or Lyft to reach Platte River State Park, which is about a 30-minute drive (approximately 25 miles away).
