If you are in downtown Lincoln, start by heading south on 13th Street towards 'D' Street. Continue walking south until you reach the intersection with 'D' Street. Turn left (east) onto 'D' Street and keep walking for about 1.5 miles. You will pass several parks and local shops along the way. Sunken Gardens will be on your left at 2600 D St. Look for the entrance, which is marked by beautiful landscaping and signs.
Bicycle
If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in downtown Lincoln. Start at a station near 14th and P Streets. Head south on 14th Street until you reach 'D' Street, then turn left (east) onto 'D' Street.
