Car
If you are traveling by car from anywhere in Southeast Nebraska, you will want to head northwest towards Lincoln, where the Nebraska State Capitol is located at 1445 K St, Lincoln, NE 68508. Use US-34 W or NE-2 W to connect to I-80 W. Follow I-80 W and take exit 403 for 27th St. Turn left onto 27th St, then right onto K St. The Capitol will be on your left. Parking is available on the surrounding streets and in nearby parking garages, which may charge a fee of around $1-$2 per hour.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, you can take the StarTran bus service from various locations in Southeast Nebraska to downtown Lincoln. Check the StarTran website for the nearest bus stop and schedule. Once you arrive in downtown Lincoln, disembark at the closest stop to the Capitol, which is located at 14th & K St. From there, it's a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the Nebraska State Capitol at 1445 K St. A single bus fare costs approximately $1.50.
