From any point in Nebraska National Forest, head towards Lincoln, NE. Use Highway 83 to reach Interstate 80 East. Once on I-80, travel east for approximately 50 miles until you reach Exit 397 for US-77 South toward Lincoln. After exiting, continue on US-77 South for about 5 miles. Follow signs for S 1st St and turn right onto S 1st St. Wilderness Park will be located on your left at 4700-4798 S 1st St, Lincoln, NE 68512. Parking is available at the park entrance.

If you are using public transportation, head to the nearest Greyhound or local bus station in Nebraska National Forest. Take a bus to Lincoln, NE. Once you arrive in Lincoln, you can transfer to the StarTran bus service. Catch bus route 44, which travels south towards Wilderness Park.
