Car
From your location in Annapurna Circuit, head to Besisahar by private vehicle. The drive takes approximately 5-6 hours depending on road conditions. Once in Besisahar, you will need to hire a jeep or take a local bus to reach Soti Khola, which is the starting point of the Manaslu Circuit Trek. The jeep ride takes about 6-7 hours and costs around NPR 2000-3000 per person. Ensure you're prepared for rough road conditions.
Public Transportation
Take a local bus from your nearest bus station in Annapurna Circuit to Besisahar. The bus ride lasts about 6-7 hours and costs approximately NPR 700-1000. After reaching Besisahar, you can catch a local jeep or bus to Soti Khola. The jeep journey will take another 6-7 hours and cost around NPR 2000-3000. Ensure to check the bus schedules ahead of time as they can vary.
Trekking
Once you arrive at Soti Khola, you can start your trekking journey towards the Manaslu Circuit. The trek begins with a gradual ascent. Make sure to have the necessary permits before starting your trek, as you will need both the Manaslu Conservation Area Permit (MCAP) and the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP). These can be obtained in Kathmandu or at the entry points.
