Getting There

  • Walking

    From Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head southwest towards the main entrance of the square. Exit the square and turn left onto the main road. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection. At the intersection, turn right onto the road leading to Chitlang. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views along the way. You will eventually see signs directing you towards Chitlang. Keep walking straight, and after about 20 minutes, you will arrive at Chitlang.

  • Bicycle

    If you wish to rent a bicycle, head to one of the rental shops near Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Once you have your bike, exit the square and cycle southwest on the main road. Follow the same route as the walking directions, keeping an eye out for the signs to Chitlang. The bike ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your speed. Be cautious of the traffic and enjoy the beautiful surroundings as you make your way to Chitlang.
