Walking
If you are starting from Bhaktapur Durbar Square, head southwest towards Chyasilin Mandap. Continue straight until you reach the main road. Turn right onto the road leading towards Patan. Walk for approximately 30 minutes along this road until you reach the intersection with Mangal Bazaar. From there, take a left and continue walking straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass local shops and small eateries. As you approach the area, look for the signs directing you to Vishwanath Temple, which will be on your right.
Walking
From Bhaktapur's Taumadhi Square, walk towards the eastern exit of the square. Proceed to the main road and turn left. Follow the road for about 20 minutes, passing through local neighborhoods. Keep an eye out for local landmarks such as the Bhaktapur Museum on your right. Continue straight until you see a sign for Patan. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the junction with Mangal Bazaar. Take a right at the junction, and the Vishwanath Temple will be a short walk ahead on your left.
Rickshaw
You can hire a rickshaw from any central location in Bhaktapur, like the Durbar Square or Taumadhi Square. Inform the driver that you want to go to Vishwanath Temple in Lalitpur. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The drivers are usually familiar with the area and will drop you off close to the temple. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the journey.
